  1.   I have a question on exactly what the SNAPPY is?

  3. Is it some kind of digital cammera?  Or some kind
  4. of card that will capture an 1 image from a video tape recorder,
  5. or videocammera ?  (kind of the way a toaster grabs a frame?)
  6.  
  7.   If so,  does it need a TBC to go with it?
  8. What kind of quality will it get?  As good as a toaster frame grab?
